Hunterlodge Achieves 18th Consecutive IPA CPD Gold Accreditation

For nearly two decades, we’ve continued to put people and progress at the heart of the agency.

We’re proud to announce that Hunterlodge has achieved its 18th consecutive IPA CPD Gold Accreditation, alongside our 13th consecutive CPD Platinum Accreditation, recognising sustained long-term commitment to professional development.

Awarded by the IPA, CPD Gold recognises agencies that have embedded learning and development into their culture and day-to-day operations.

This latest achievement reflects the environment we’ve continued to build at Hunterlodge over many years. More than the accreditation itself, it’s about creating a place where people are encouraged to grow, develop new skills and keep progressing throughout their careers.

That commitment has helped shape the agency we are today. It supports the way we work with clients, strengthens our team and helps us continue evolving in a constantly changing industry.

This recognition is particularly significant given the calibre of agencies involved. Hunterlodge is the only integrated agency and one of just two media agencies in the UK advertising industry to have achieved this level of sustained IPA CPD accreditation. Measured against some of the largest media and creative agencies in the world, maintaining these standards year after year is a remarkable accomplishment.

This year’s IPA CPD Gold judging panel was chaired by Murray Bisschop, UK Marketing Director at Tesco, who said:

“Judging the IPA CPD Gold Accreditation has been a fantastic experience. We’ve been able to learn how the very best agencies are fostering a culture of learning and development throughout the organisation and the immense value that this brings to the business.”

The IPA also reported that CPD Gold agencies achieved an average return of £7.64 for every £1 invested in learning and development, highlighting the long-term value of continued professional development across the industry.

We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition once again and remain committed to investing in our people and the future of the agency.
