- Describe yourself in 100 words. What gets you going, what do you like to do in your spare time, and maybe why you joined Hunterlodge? I am a mom to an incredible 12 year old girl who occupies most of my spare time, after she goes to bed, my favourite thing to do is read; I love motivational and self help books, especially from Rory Sutherland, he is my marketing hero. I fell in love with Hunterlodge the moment I met with the team. The team culture shines so strongly through everyone in the team, and I am amazed by the sheer talent of everyone in the company along with their drive for excellence and innovation. Getting the message that I will be joining the team was one of my happiest moments.
- Have you ever been told you look like someone famous, who was it? Unfortunately not, but I apparently have a few real life dopplegangers which is so much fun when people ask me why I didn’t talk to them when they greeted me (wasn’t me).
- What would the title of your autobiography be? Marketing by Day, Momming by Night, Surviving by Coffee.
- If you could spend a day in any fictional world, where would you go and what would you do? The Wizarding World (Fantastic Beasts): I’d walk through the streets of 1920s New York, interacting with wizards and magical creatures. A visit to Newt Scamander’s suitcase to see all of the fantastic beasts.
- If you could be on a reality TV show, which one would you choose and why? The Amazing Race: I’d choose this show to experience thrilling adventures and diverse cultures while solving challenges. It would be a great way to test problem-solving skills and adaptability in exciting settings.
- Can you share a quirky talent or a fun fact about yourself that not many people know? Right out of school, I worked as a Dance Instructor for Ballroom and Latin American. I was really shy at that time and it helped me get out of my shell and learn a few dance moves too.
- You have to sing karaoke, what song do you pick? “Bye Bye Bye” by NSYNC because of Wolverine and Deadpool lol.
- If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life what would it be? Pasta yum!
- If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose and why? Pablo Picasso: Spending a day with Picasso would be a colorful experience, exploring his art and his views on creativity. I would love to see his reaction to contemporary art.
- What’s your all-time favourite movie, and why does it hold a special place for you? The Blind Side: This movie holds a special place for me because it shows how a single act of kindness can profoundly impact someone’s life. Just like how the Tuohy family helped Michael Oher find his path, it reminds me of the importance of giving support and encouragement to those in need, which can lead to great changes.
