Another Gold Win for Hunterlodge at Annual IPA CPD Awards

Hunterlodge retains its industry leading position for CPD excellence

‘Creating almost a ‘requirement to learn’ as a fundamental expectation…’

In an unprecedented year of challenge, Hunterlodge is thrilled to have been awarded CPD Gold accreditation by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) for our outstanding professional development programme over the last 12 months. The awards recognise, celebrate and reward agencies who demonstrate a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry.

Talking about our CPD programme, the judges commented:

“Hunterlodge have retained Gold once again and no year more deserved than this year. The team have looked to each other, their culture and their strength to navigate the toughest year. Hunterlodge have adapted in order to survive, working relentlessly at their learning culture so that it became second nature when the year threw everything out of balance.

It has to come from the top. Hunterlodge’s CEO is a wonderful role model for people, culture and development and his work has clearly infiltrated every level of the business, creating almost a ‘requirement to learn’ as a fundamental expectation.”

The win also means that Hunterlodge retains its position as one of only 20 agencies to retain their Platinum accreditation for sustained CPD excellence – only achieved through earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five-year period. We are immensely proud to be the only integrated agency to have achieved 12 years of back-to-back Gold accreditations!

These awards also translate directly into our clients’ success – our focus on creating highly trained and energised advertising professionals who think first ensures we can turn this superior knowledge into superior efficiency and effectiveness.
