Once in South Africa, we caught up with our amazing team – many who’ve worked with us for over two years, and others joining in their very first week – and as always, the welcome was warm and the sense of togetherness instant.
With media planners, creative specialists and AI experts all in one place, the visit was the perfect blend of experience, fresh thinking and enthusiasm.
Fresh air, fresh ideas
Ballito Beach set the perfect backdrop for a day of connection and collaboration. We talked work, life, projects, challenges, wins – all the things that build understanding beyond the screen. There’s something about fresh air and sunshine that sparks creativity. Ideas flowed fast, laughter flowed faster, and by mid-afternoon we were already mapping out new ways to collaborate and innovate.
Even with different roles, backgrounds, and levels of experience, the chemistry was undeniable.

More than a meeting
The visit wasn’t just about introductions or Creative, Media and AI strategy sessions. With the seasoned media team, we explored new ways to elevate ad performance; with creative, we looked at how to make video even more eye-catching; and throughout it all, we considered how our GEO approach could make everything even more effective.
Seeing the South African team grow – bringing new skills, fresh perspectives and boundless enthusiasm – is inspiring. This trip was the perfect way to set the tone for an exciting chapter ahead.
