We are very proud to have been closely associated with the launch of the IPA’s first ever mini MBA. In recent years, a key challenge for the IPA was to make an MBA course available to its membership. Already heavily involved in launching the first ever Advertising and Media Apprenticeship for agencies, this was a challenge that Robert Hunter knew he could directly help influence.
As experts in the education industry with a number of University clients, Rob realised that Hunterlodge and one of our key clients, the London School of Economics, might be able to help the IPA achieve one of the core goals of their Presidential agenda. This resulted in a crucial relationship and enabled the launch of the IPA tailored MBA Essentials, which helps equip agencies with the core pillars of the business environment through enhancing commercial acumen – https://ipa.co.uk/news/ipa-teams-up-with-lse-to-bring-mba-essentials-to-adland – and takes our industry one step closer to being recognised as a profession.
Professional development is at the very heart of Hunterlodge. We believe it’s crucial to understand the very latest channels, technologies and strategies and delve deep into those to guarantee effectiveness is always delivered – whether through innovative creativity, or aligning the best channel to the customers’ objectives. We are renowned within the IPA for being one of their most highly qualified and most awarded agencies in their membership for our approach to CPD. We are the only integrated agency to achieve 12 back to back gold and 8 platinum accreditations; and have proportionally more staff with their Legal / Regulation and Commercial certificates as well as their MIPA accreditation (one of their top awards for CPD which is only awarded through achieving a specific level of qualifications).
