The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) has awarded Hunterlodge a seventh consecutive Gold for excellence in professional development. Only 29 member agencies received the top accolade having demonstrated a thorough commitment to learning and its positive impact on staff and business development.
To achieve Gold, agencies must take a holistic approach to CPD, showing creativity in building an energetic learning culture whilst supporting key business objectives. Gold standard agencies needed to provide evidence that ‘CPD practice is not merely an add-on to operations but lies at the heart of their business, fuelling commercial success’.
Commenting on our submission, IPA judges stated our submission:
“clearly demonstrates that this is an agency applying an effectiveness discipline to CPD across the business to achieve extremely impressive results.”
Having maintained our Gold award, it also means we were able to maintain our Platinum accreditation – a category for member agencies who have shown sustained commitment to outstanding professional development and who have achieved Gold accreditation for at least four consecutive years.
Hunterlodge has also been named as a leader in people management practice globally by Investors in People, having been shortlisted in the Gold Employer of the Year Category in the second annual Investors in People Awards. These Awards, which received over 400 entries internationally, celebrates the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses. Winners are announced at a spectacular awards ceremony and dinner at Her Majesty's Royal Palace and Fortress, the Tower of London, on 24th June 2015.
