A Hat Trick!

Recognition of our ongoing commitment to our people, our clients, and our industry.

One of Campaign’s Best Places to Work, recipient of IPA’s People First Award and our 16th back-to-back CPD Gold Accreditation.

We have once again secured a prestigious spot among Campaign’s Best Places to Work, marking the third consecutive year of this achievement. This recognition is a testament to the vibrant and supportive culture that we have cultivated over the past few years, as well as the ongoing success in creating effective advertising for our valued clients.

Adding to this accolade, we have also been honoured by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) for our People First initiatives. This award highlights our commitment to the mental health and wellbeing of our team. This initiative encourages agencies to proudly display their dedication to employee care, future talent, and client relationships.

To earn this recognition, we had to demonstrate our efforts across three key areas: Empower, Support, and Prevent. The IPA praised the efforts of us and other recognised companies, stating, “Congratulations to all these companies who have successfully gained their People First Promise. These trailblazers have made a public declaration – to their current and future talent, and to clients – that they take active steps to protect, empower and support the mental health and wellbeing of their people.”

In addition to these achievements, we have recently been awarded our 16th consecutive IPA CPD Gold and 11th Platinum accreditation.

This accolade recognises agencies that demonstrate a genuine culture of learning and development, enhancing both the industry’s professionalism and the value delivered to clients. Across the board CPD Gold agencies have shown that investing in learning and development is crucial for business success. In 2023, these agencies reported an impressive return of £5.40 for every £1 invested in training, retained 91% of their clients, and saved significant recruitment costs with an average staff turnover of 28%, compared to the industry average of 31.2% reported in the 2023 IPA Agency Census.

At Hunterlodge, we are immensely proud of these achievements, which reflect our ongoing commitment to our people, our clients, and our industry.
