The challenge
To up-sell the Post Office home phone and broadband offer to existing Post Office customers and maximise in-store and on-line environments.

Our insight
The Post Office’s telephony service for home phone and broadband is arguably the best telephony offer on the current market. The campaign cleverly side steps the legalities of not being able to use the word ‘free’ in promoting the product by using the strap line ‘Speak more freely’.

Results
The campaign was considered a huge success and our innovative approach to production and creative commended.
