The challenge
To target senior decision makers and HR professionals within SME’s to reward staff with Sodexo SayShopping vouchers at Christmas.
Our insight
Following extensive surveys of our target market, it was evident that the key challenge was awareness and education in a niche and relevant market. Via search marketing, banner advertising and social networking, we successfully positioned Sodexo Sayshopping as the authoritative voice within the industry. The campaign was tracked through ad codes and analytic funnels on the microsite to constantly refine and optimise the campaign.
Results
At a time when the staff bonus/rewards industry continued to experience a decline, the campaign generated sales revenue 27% above the target and gained a new client base. Proving small budgets applied in a highly tactical and measured way can achieve great results.
