The IPA and Arch Apprentices are delighted to announce that the Institute for Apprenticeships (IfA) has agreed a new ‘Advertising and Media Executive’ Standard, developed by a trailblazing group of industry employers. A comprehensive, top class training programme through the scheme, allowing any participant to enter our industry armed with the knowledge and skills to deliver a superior and professional service, compared to previous programmes.
It is the first apprenticeship scheme of its kind to be specifically designed by the industry for the industry. This can be funded by agencies through their Apprenticeship Levy and incorporated into their new starter programmes.
“Our incredible group of agency trailblazers have worked tirelessly to develop this Standard. Having been created by those already in the industry, the content is tailor-made to meet our business needs and will provide an invaluable resource for all agencies to ensure their new starters hit the ground running. We now look forward to the decision regarding the funding band for the Standard, so we can bring this to market later in the year.” Rob Hunter, CEO at Hunterlodge, Founder and Chair of the trailblazer group of employers.
