Hunterlodge is delighted to be working with Auntie Anne’s, the American pretzel franchise.
Apart from being avid fans of the pretzel, we look forward to becoming a valued strategic partner and to making all marketing activity work much harder and deliver a greater return.
By managing all activity under one roof, we can deliver a joined-up approach for Auntie Anne’s and can start to develop more intelligent customer communications aimed at specific audience segments. Key to the success of this work, is the first job at hand – migrating and cleansing existing customer data, setting up the new loyalty programme and app and creating usable audience segments. This will allow us to develop more sophisticated marketing activities and targeted promotional offers.
We will also be developing a new social media strategy, and will be running paid social to actively promote app downloads, support new store openings and quarterly product campaigns. The data from the app will also help to inform both the messaging and the targeting of such activity.
Hunterlodge’s studio will also be supporting Auntie Anne’s by creating materials for franchisees to use in their stores, to promote new products and special offers. We are also looking at making all of these materials available in a portal that franchisees can access easily and print materials on demand.
