We’ve always suspected that Hunterlodge is a pretty great place to work – but Campaign have just made it official. We’re proud to say they’ve named us within their 50 best places to work for 2018.
During downtime, we can be found playing ping-pong, carousing in the in-house bar and relaxing in the office roof garden. But hard, effective work also features high on our agenda. Outstanding contributions from individuals are recognised with weekly 'high fives', a CPD (continuing professional development) scheme allows people to take time out to develop their skills, and staff that sit for the IPA’s Advanced Certificate are given £500.
If that’s not enough, we celebrate with a vibrant social scene including: Thirsty Thursdays, early finish Fridays, summer and Christmas parties and many impromptu outings throughout the year.
It helps that we love what we do and are truly thrilled by advertising, backed-up by a refuse to lose attitude that is truly contagious throughout the agency.
