Hunterlodge wins Investors in Training award
Hunterlodge is delighted to announce its latest success - winning the Investors In Training Award at the FSB Hertfordshire Small Business Awards. Managing Director, Rob Hunter, said "We are thrilled to have been recognised for the importance we place on training. Our mission is to help improve the lives of everyone we touch through excellent advertising and people development. Training is a crucial step in realising this mission".
In one of the few categories where there was a runaway winner, the judges comments included "A good example of staff development can be directly linked with their ongoing success" and "100% development focused, with vast resources’ dedicated to staff development".
Earlier this year, Hunterlodge was also awarded the Gold Standard for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, placing them firmly in the top 10 UK agencies for CPD. They are also in the process of readying the agency for assessment for the Investors In People Gold Standard. Rob Hunter said "We would love to achieve a hat trick of awards for our people development, it is such a vital part of what we do which is not only enriching for our employees, but incredibly valuable to our clients too
