Super Val


Campaign Objective
The London Borough of Newham asked us to communicate their vision and core values to their employees. The challenge was not only to communicate the core values but to define and communicate the professional standards, individual behaviours and to also generate outcomes (results) associated with each of these.
Result

This was a massive task considering they have over 11,500 employees based in various different disciplines across the borough's locations.
Hunterlodge executed this brief by creating an illustrated character, "Super Val", and incorporated Super Val into the 5 Newham internal values. Super Val has been launched with the use of life-size cut- outs, booklets, and workbooks for presentations, badges, awards, screensavers, stress toys and internal communication. Every member of staff also has a pocket guide.
Our creative design and innovative marketing materials ensured the London Borough of Newham's visions and core values reached all employees.
