fourth gold for outstanding professional development
Hunterlodge Advertising is proud to announce that for the fourth year in a row, we have been awarded Gold by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) for our Continuous Professional Development programme. It makes us one of only 29 other agencies in the world to achieve this.
Certificates were presented to the winning agencies on 2nd May 2012 at the IPA Members Lunch at the brand new Venue @ Shoreditch Village. To win Gold the IPA were looking for companies that have made a thorough commitment to learning and can demonstrate an evident improvement to the lives of their agency staff, and to the development of their businesses. Most importantly, we had to show clear evidence that CPD practice is not merely an add-on to operations but lies at the heart or our business, to fuel commercial success.
Commenting on our submission, the IPA stated: “Hunterlodge has maintained its momentum as an innovative organisation committed to learning and development; its 2011 submission describes excellent examples of how it has utilised its learning culture to be a key differentiator when marketing the agency to existing and potential clients.”
