diabetes pack improves lives

The Patient Diabetes Resource Pack, designed by Hunterlodge in partnership with NHS Newham, is a result of over 350 hours of gathering and refining information and findings from a diverse audience of specialist clinicians, nurses, service commissioners and patients.

As a cost effective and simple branded solution, the pack which supports and promotes the diabetes National Service Framework (NSF) – empowering people with diabetes, is supported by NHS Innovations London who approached Hunterlodge to set up a licensed distribution channel making the pack available to NHS diabetes clinics throughout the UK.

Since its launch, many NHS trusts have already benefited from using the pack which has been translated into many different languages and has won several awards along the way.
